Celebrating National Tourism Month: Stanford Blooms with Excitement!
This September, we’re joining our local village in celebrating National Tourism Month with an exciting event: “STANFORD IN BLOOM!”
South Africa’s award-winning floral exhibit, which garnered three of the most prestigious awards at the Chelsea Flower Show, is in Stanford. From September 21 to October 6, the village is abuzz with anticipation as we welcome both local and international visitors.
You can feel the excitement in the air as our village dresses up in lights and flowers. Businesses continue to stock up, and a vibrant scarecrow competition among local enterprises is adding to the festive spirit.
This is our community—small village, big heart.
Kiwinet has been a part of this community for 30 years. We are committed to not only employ locally but also to enhance social consciousness within and around our community with an exciting new collaboration just around the corner to assist new homeowners in the rural sector to brighten up their homes.
We are proud to have our Kiwinet mosquito nets featured in some of the finest local lodges and BnB’s including Mosaic Lagoon Lodge, Blue Gum Country Estate, Stanford Manor, Goodluck Homestead, Grootbos, Platbos, to name but a few. Ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep allows visitors to recharge and fully enjoy their explorations, creating a memorable travel experience.
Beyond our local community, Kiwinet plays a crucial role in supporting the broader tourism industry across Africa and beyond. We remain steadfast in our mission to create beautiful yet functional designs that complement the architecture and interiors of lodges. Effectively protecting tourists from mosquito-borne diseases and the nuisance of pesky insects.
Our dedication to enhancing the tourism landscape helps destinations maintain their appeal and attract more travellers.
As we celebrate National Tourism Month, we are excited to support our local economy and contribute to a positive visitor experience.
Here’s to a season of unforgettable adventures and a thriving tourism industry!
